SINS 2023 call for Abstract for the Poster session is closed

We are planning to dedicate an extended time and a prominent position in the program to posters’ sessions, which have always played a fundamental role in our meetings.

We strongly encourage the submission of abstracts from young neuroscientists (‘under 35’ applicants): some of them (more than 50) will be selected by the Scientific Committee to be included as oral communications within the parallel symposia.

Proposals

Each proposal should include the following information:

  • Full name, affiliation, e-mail address of the author/s (specifying the presenting author)
  • Abstract’s title
  • Abstract’s text (max 300 words)
  • Relevant topic (see Congress Topics)
  • Symposia for eventual oral presentation (see accepted Symposia)

General information:

Abstract must be submitted according to the instructions for Authors, using the Online Submission System.

The deadline for Abstract submission is April 23, 2023 May 8, 2023 (closed).

The acceptance of the proposals will be announced by May 9, 2023 June 15, 2023 (EXTENDED).

The exhibition or oral presentation of the Posters is subject to the full Congress registration of at least one of the Authors (Presenting Author). **Each Presenting Author may present only one Poster**.

Assessment:

The proposals will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee. Novelty, quality, relevance and clarity of the work will be taken into consideration.

Among, the abstracts submitted by Under 35 applicants interested to give an oral presentation, the Scientific Committee will select those more relevant for the approved symposia.

** The abstracts selected for oral presentation will be included in the official Congress Program, but will not be presented also as Posters **
